Yoga Classes in Kent
Kent and Sussex Climbing’s Coach Mica runs her own yoga classes in Kent and Sussex. She offers a wide range of classes, including group yoga classes and private tuitions. Most of Mica’s yoga classes are open to all abilities, but she also runs a climbing specific sessions at Chimera Climbing Centre.
All of our yoga classes in Kent are run by Mica Cutts. Mica is fully qualified: she is registered with Yoga Alliance, first aid trained, insured, DBS checked and has an additional qualification in “yoga for injuries”.
