One of our main climbing coaches runs regular yoga classes in Tonbridge, Kent. Mica uses a beautiful venue called The Mind Body Clinic. Mica’s yoga classes in Tonbridge are regarded as the best around.
Mica runs a Vinyassa Flow class every Sunday, 9:30am-10:30am, and every Sunday, 10:45am-11:45am. Vinyassa flow focuses on synchronising movement with breathe. Her Vinyassa Flow class is challenging to all abilities, with a range of progressive exercises to suit everyone’s needs.
Mica also runs an Ashtanga class, which runs every Tuesday, 6:30pm-7:30pm. This session focuses on a set series of postures to build up total body flexibility and strength.
A Slow Flow Class runs every Wednesday at 7:00pm-8:00pm. This is a much slower paced session, focused on relaxation and rehabitilation.
All of the yoga classes in Tonbridge are priced at £10 for a drop in session, or £5 for your first class.
